• Rush My Order cannot be combined with custom order items. Custom items are shipped directly from the printer and we are not able to expedite production.
• If a candle needs to be made for your order, we'll work on it asap so your order goes out as quickly as possible.  This process typically can take 1 - 2 business days.
• Depending on the size of your order, and if any items need to be made, we'll get it out as quickly as we can.  Most often, it  same day or the next business day.  Each order is unique and adding RUSH MY ORDER to your cart means your order will be put on priority ahead of everyone else's order. 
• We are experiencing a large volume of orders - large and small right now, so adding RUSH MY ORDER to your cart will help bring your order to our attention first. 
• Adding RUSH MY ORDER does not upgrade your shipping speed or shipping delivery time.  It does cut your shipping lead time by putting your order next in our shipping queue.
• When selecting shipping at checkout, please note USPS is experiencing high volumes and extended delivery times, and may not be the best shipping choice if you need your order to arrive quickly.  -FedEx is a more reliable option.
